Welcome to WagZest. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the WagZest website, online store, products, content, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us at info@WagZest.com and include your order number and relevant photographs.

Nothing in our return policy limits mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.

10. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions, discount codes, free gifts, and special offers may be subject to additional conditions.

Unless otherwise stated:

Promotions cannot be combined
Codes have no cash value

We may cancel promotions affected by error, fraud, or misuse

Free-shipping thresholds are generally calculated using the eligible order subtotal after excluded products and, depending on the stated offer, before or after discounts.
